• Advanced Digital Clutch Technology
  Have you ever experienced trouble like damaging the material or snapping the head off a screw and had to redo the work? New digital clutch technology automatically stops before over tightening even when the switch is still being pulled. Clutch operation is digitally controlled to match working conditions using a sensor and microcomputer. You set the digital clutch stage (16 stages) and press the tighten button, which will stop after the screw has been tightened about one-half rotation. This makes fine flush alignment quick and easy to do, even at high power. Better yet, the new digital clutch eliminates the need for the user to perform fine speed control, and thereby reduces mistakes from over tightening.
• Power Mode Switching
  High torque delivers faster tightening but makes it harder to leave a clean finish. With this tool, you can switch between three torque levels, hard mode, medium mode and soft mode. Hard mode offers approximately 1,060 in.-lbs. of torque for fastening large diameter bolt and nuts and lag bolts. Soft mode gives you approximately 530 in.-lbs. to reduce material surface damage and avoid stripping screw heads.
• Advanced Ergonomic Design
  Anti-Slip Ribbed Grip: The ribbed surface makes the grip slip-resistant even for a sweaty hand, delivering a firm grip for efficient transmission of force from the hand to the tool. Palm Fit Rear Grip Line: The fit line shape is designed to eliminate gaps between the grip and the palm of the hand. This provides even transmission of the pressing force to the entire grip. Finger Hold Sure grip Line: Panasonic's design always integrates a smooth grip line from the middle finger to the little finger. This makes it possible to hold the tool without using excessive force. Hip Line: The hip line evenly distributes the tool's weight throughout the hand. The easy to hold grip provides stability, making it easier to stay on target when tightening screws.
• Spot Lighting for Screwing in Dark Areas
  A white LED light with a condenser lens makes it easy to see when you are working in a dark place. The light is powered by the battery pack and linked to the trigger switch to prevent it from being left on.
• Hands-Free Convenience
  The smart hook can be extended to hook the tool to your belt. This allows you to have both hands free while moving around. The hook can be connected on the right or left side of the tool.
• Reduce Damage and Help Prevent Sliding
  The rubber guards protect the tool and material surface from damage when laid on its side as well as helping prevent slipping and dropping. The urethane cover protects the tool if dropped, and also suppresses heat transmission from the motor.
• Less Time Spent Waiting and More Time Spent Working
  The 3.5Ah Ni-MH battery can be fully charged in 55 minutes (using the EY0110B charger), which means less time spent waiting and more time spent working. Even when there isn't time for a full charge, the inverter charger features a 5-minute "Emergency Charge" that charges the pack to 15% of its capacity.

PANASONIC CORDLESS POWER TOOLS LIMITED WARRANTY

The Panasonic Standard Warranty applies to both new and factory-reconditioned Panasonic tools and batteries.

Panasonic Home and Commercial Products Company ("Panasonic") will repair or replace, at Panasonic's option, this product, free of charge, in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship as follows:

Parts: New or rebuilt parts in exchange for defective parts for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

Battery pack/Battery: Battery packs and batteries are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

Labor: Carry-in or mail-in service in the U.S.A can be obtained during the warranty period from an authorized service center or listed in the service center directory, or in the continental U.S.A., call 1-800-338-0552, Panasonic Home and Commercial Products Company, Power Tool Department, to locate an authorized service center.

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of purchase will be required before warranty performance is rendered.

This warranty does not cover damage which occurs in shipment or failures which are caused by products not supplied by Panasonic, or failures which result from normal wear, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, overloading the product beyond its rated capacity, using the product with an improper accessory or service by anyone other than an authorized service center, or damage that is attributable to acts of God.

LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS: There are no other express warranties except as listed above.

PANASONIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
