Panasonic's EY4640X 14.4V grinder delivers high speed metal cutting and grinding in a compact, lightweight tool.
Features: Panasonic 14.4V Angle Grinder with GuardION (Tool Only)
- The grinder uses a slim grip and universal side handle that delivers comfortable metal cutting or grinding. The tool has a speed of 9,500 RPM and uses a 4 wheel size.
- Has a lock on feature for the on switch when performing time consuming tasks. The tool is equipped with an easy access port for changing motor brushes. The EY4640X is ideal for general construction, plumbing, electrical installation and metal construction.
- Compact in size and weighs only 4.8 lbs. The ergonomic in-line design and slim grip allows the user to hold the grinder securely which allows for less fatigue over extended use.
- Powered by a 3.0Ah Cobalt Li-ion battery pack. This battery pack delivers high output with low heat generation resulting in twice the lifetime total performance versus current Ni-Cd battery packs.
- Utilizes Panasonic's unique GuardION system. The GuardION system monitors each battery cell during battery charging and during tool use to prevent over discharging and overheating of the battery pack thus insuring long life.
- Uses a self diagnostic universal battery charger which electronically monitors the condition of each battery cell in the battery pack during the charging process to deliver full charging with minimal heat generation. The charger will charge all Panasonic battery chemistries Ni-Cd, Ni-MH, Li-ion and all voltages from 7.2-28.8v. The 3.0Ah Li-ion battery pack fully charges in 50 minutes.

PANASONIC CORDLESS POWER TOOLS LIMITED WARRANTY
The Panasonic Standard Warranty applies to both new and factory-reconditioned Panasonic tools and batteries.
Panasonic Home and Commercial Products Company ("Panasonic") will repair or replace, at Panasonic's option, this product, free of charge, in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship as follows:
Parts: New or rebuilt parts in exchange for defective parts for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
Battery pack/Battery: Battery packs and batteries are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
Labor: Carry-in or mail-in service in the U.S.A can be obtained during the warranty period from an authorized service center or listed in the service center directory, or in the continental U.S.A., call 1-800-338-0552, Panasonic Home and Commercial Products Company, Power Tool Department, to locate an authorized service center.
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of purchase will be required before warranty performance is rendered.
This warranty does not cover damage which occurs in shipment or failures which are caused by products not supplied by Panasonic, or failures which result from normal wear, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, overloading the product beyond its rated capacity, using the product with an improper accessory or service by anyone other than an authorized service center, or damage that is attributable to acts of God.
LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS: There are no other express warranties except as listed above.
PANASONIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
